1. Participant must buy any XTREME Appliances product with a single receipt with a minimum value worth P5,000 from October 1, 2023 (12:00 AM) until December 31, 2023 (11:59 PM)
2. One (1) single receipt with min. value worth P5,000 = 1 raffle entry
3. Participants must submit a raffle entry by registering to the official Holiday Salebrasyon Promo Link via Google Form (Registration Page). A QR code poster of the promo link will also be deployed to stores for easy reference to customers.
4. To register, the customer should submit the following details:
a. Customer Name
b. Contact Number
c. Email Address
d. Receipt / OR number
e. Photo of the receipt
f. Date of Purchase
g. Place of Purchase
5. The deadline for submission of entries is on December 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM only.
6. Additionally, for a participant to qualify, he/she must:
- Be a Filipino citizen or person residing in the Philippines for at least a year
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration
- Successfully completed and submitted the registration entry via the official registration page
- Have sent his/her entry within October 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023
- Comply with the mechanics and terms and conditions of this promo
- Must have physical possession of the actual receipt during the said duration and have successfully added the correct and complete details on the registration page.
- All employees of the SPONSOR, the participating dealers, their partners, and affiliates including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
7. The following shall not be considered valid entries:
- Entries submitted by participants who didn’t reach a single receipt with a minimum spend of P5,000
- Entries submitted coming from stores that are not part of the official participating store list
- Entries that do not comply with the mechanics of the promo or which have been tainted with fraud or any improper action
- Entries with invalid receipt/OR numbers
- Entries with invalid Date of Purchase
- Entries sent before and/or after the promo duration
8. Raffle Draw: XTREME Appliances management will randomly pick three (3) winners using random.org: (1) First Place; (1) Second Place; (1) Third place

9. Announcement of Winners: Raffle winners will be posted and announced on the XTREME Appliances FB Page on January 14, 2024. XTREME Appliances team will reach out to the winners via phone call on the contact details given by the customers.
10. How to Claim the Prize:
- Winners may claim his/her prize at the XTREME Appliances office located at 747 Nicanor Padilla St., San Miguel Manila. Provincial winners may claim the prizes at the participating XTREME Appliances store where they purchased the promo item.
- Winners will be notified via registered mail, and SMS, and their names will be posted on the XTREME Appliances official Facebook Page.
- A customer can only win once. If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall get the higher-priced items.
- To claim the prize, winners must present his/her valid ID.
- If claiming through an authorized representative, present an authorization letter and valid ID.
- Redemption Period of prizes shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within the specified redemption period shall be forfeited with prior approval from DTI
- Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Suntouch Technology Corporation.
- The prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be convertible to cash.
