warranty terms

1. SUNTOUCH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION WARRANTY PERIOD
Two (2) years from the date of purchase.
NOTE: If the original date of purchase cannot be verified, the warranty will begin ninety (90) days from the date of manufacture.
After the Warranty Period has expired, then the customer is responsible for the cost(s) of repair.
2. SUNTOUCH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION WARRANTY REQUIREMENTS
A copy of proof of purchase i.e. SALES INVOICE, DELIVERY RECEIPT or PURCHASE RECEIPT that shows evidence the product is within the applicable Warranty Period(s), must be presented to an authorized service center in order to obtain the requested service.
3. SUNTOUCH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING:
  • Two (2) years service.
  • One (1) year for parts and service.
  • The customer shall bear the cost of shipping of the product to the Service Center.
4. SUNTOUCH TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
  • Defect(s) or damage caused by abuse, negligence, misuse, or failure to observe the instructions contained in the manual furnished at the time of original purchase.
  • Defect(s) or damage caused by accident, fire, flood, lightning, or other natural disaster or voltage instability.
  • Damage caused by transportation and handling, including dents, scratches, chips, and/or other damage to the finish of your product, unless such damage results from defects in materials or workmanship and is reported within one (1) week of delivery.
  • Our warranty does not cover the accessories (e.g. remote control, cable, charger, wall bracket and freebies.)
  • Any alteration on the SALES INVOICE, DELIVERY RECEIPT and PURCHASE RECEIPT.
  • Claims for damaged like cracked/damaged LCD or missing part after 7 days from the date of purchase.
